Measurement specifications

The earlier description gives ±0.2% Brix accuracy and 0.2% Brix resolution alongside the 0–32% range. These figures are not confirmed for every selectable range. Check the accuracy, resolution and calibration requirements of your chosen option before purchase.

Follow the selected model's calibration instructions; do not assume distilled water is the correct calibration reference for every range. Confirm suitability for your sample and method, especially concentrated liquids such as honey or syrup.
