Returns & Refunds Policy

At Labstore.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product or wrong size/specification)
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is in its original, unused condition with original packaging

⚠️ Important: Glassware & Fragile Items

For all glassware and fragile laboratory items, we strongly recommend recording a video while opening the parcel. This unboxing video serves as proof in case any item arrives broken or damaged during transit.

  • Breakage claims for glassware without an unboxing video may not be accepted
  • The video should clearly show the sealed parcel before opening, and reveal the condition of the items inside
  • Submit the video along with your return/claim request to our support team

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Consumables, reagents, and disposable products once opened
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Glassware breakage claims submitted without an unboxing video

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, photos/video of the item, and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost.
